More About Me

Experience Matters.

A FULL-TIME REALTOR®since 2005, Julia Shoemaker has worked hard to become a leader in the  industry. Her greatest strength lies in her ability to adapt, learn, and refine her craft while  focusing on what matters most in her business: serving her clients.

An established leader in the Idaho real estate market, Julia provides extensive  knowledge to her clients. She holds more than 18 years of experience and is a Lifetime  Production Award Recipient of the Boise Regional REALTOR®Circle of Excellence” program for  outstanding performance. While working at Coldwell Banker Tomlinson, Julia was ranked in the  top 1% of CBT agents and earned the International Coldwell Banker President’s Elite status.  She is in the top 1% of real estate agents in the state of Idaho and has helped hundreds of clients over the last 18 years with sales in excess of over $200 million.

Julia has lived in the Treasure Valley since 1980 and has witnessed Idaho blossom into a  bustling state. In the multiple years Julia has been working in the Treasure Valley real estate  industry, she has seen both boom and bust markets and has adapted her business to further  her expertise, from learning how to help distressed homeowners with short sales to qualifying  for membership in the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, becoming certified as a Luxury  Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). She has received the Million Dollar Guild recognition by  the Institute for her outstanding performance. She also has a designation as a Board-Certified Land Agent.

Julia has built a successful business listing and selling all sizes of properties, from starter homes  to luxury estates, premium equestrian acreages and ranches. She tailors each opportunity to  assist a home buyer or seller to the individual client.

Ever striving to learn more, Julia has earned myriad industry designations and was honored to  host six Boise episodes of HGTV’s National Open House program. Additionally, she was the  selling agent for the historic Moore-Cunningham mansion, the country’s first geothermally  heated house, on Warm Springs in Boise.

When she isn’t assisting clients, Julia enjoys her family, which includes her husband (Stuart), three sons (Tyler, Jeremy and Stuart Jr.), her beloved horses, and her rescue dog, Agnes. She is  an avid golfer, angler, a former Miss Rodeo Idaho, First Runner-Up for Miss Rodeo America,  team roper, and the Rookie of the Year for the Reserve World Champion National Reining Horse  Association.
